Steelers fans always think their players are worth more in trade than they usually are.  Do you think the actual value is at least two rounds worse than what fans think?
Gerry Dulac
10:50
That's probably a safe valuation

Hi Gerry, Why is it do you think, that coach Tomlin has such a terrible record with challenges?  Is there not a coach who sits in a windowed view somewhere in the stadium that has quick access to the play in question and can relay a decent and fairly reliable yes/no message? Thanks.
Gerry Dulac

I don't have the answer to that. They do have an assistant in the booth whose job is to monitor potential replays

Gerry -- Which three former Steelers' (players, coaches, admin) would round out your all-time foursome? Talent wise or good time round.
Gerry Dulac

Whiz, Butler, LeBeau

Is the idea of a “can’t miss” draft prospect the biggest draft myth, especially for QBs?
Gerry Dulac
10:54
It's not always a myth because there are guys like Manning, Luck, Elway who were considered can't  miss

Good morning, Gerry!  When might we learn the fates of the big money FA still on the roster?  Allen Robinson, Pat Peterson, etc.

By March 13
Arthur Smith’s Stache

Gerry, why is the team so reticent to go after Fields and Wilson who would both be discounts as far as the QB market goes and would provide immediate upgrades talent wise?
Gerry Dulac
10:55
Because they don't think they necessarily would be upgrades

Arthur Smith seems like a really good coach. Why would the Falcons fire him knowing that they're only problem was really the lack of a franchise quarterback?
Gerry Dulac
10:55
He is a good coach. Doesn't mean he's a good head coach

Good morning Gerry.  Thanks for the chats and sharing your insight.  Should we expect the Steelers to be early players in free agency, looking to add a starting caliber ILB, DBs (corner and safety?) and maybe a D lineman?  Or is this a don’t break the bank and see who falls to them year?  Perhaps that’s every year and seems to work pretty well.
Gerry Dulac
10:55
Probably the status quo

Say, hypothetically, Russ wanted to sign here for vet minimum. In a vacuum, wouldn’t it make sense to do it as he probably gives us a better chance to win games than Pickett and the Steelers have the stated mission to win the SB every year?
Gerry Dulac
10:56
If he was willing to come here as a no. 2 QB, yes. But, he's not coming if they re-sign Rudolph
10:57
OK kids, we're outta time. Thanx for the questions. We'll do it again next week
