I saw some speculation that Rodgers is waiting to announce he’s joining the Steelers on the Pat McAfee show that is in Pittsburgh on Wednesday. Would Dan Rooney would have ever tolerated that? I know it’s a different world but that seems ridiculous.

How can anyone have confidence in this staff developing a young QB?  They have made a mess of it at every turn.  I can't wait to see Kenny light up the Steelers when they play the Browns; I'd bet a round at Pebble Beach he wins at least one of the two games on his play.

If the Steelers plan to kick Benton out to 5 gap, the big dancing bear of a nose tackle from Ohio State seems like a good choice. I read he's a 3 down player. I don't think he'll get out of the 2nd round.

Why do people consider Tomlin a great coach when current and former players routinely ridicule his offensive and defensive schemes?  Is it just the national media living in the past?  When was the last time the Steelers physically pounded another team or outcoached them with their game plan?  I struggle to recall any meaningful games where this happened in the previous three to four seasons.

Gerry, respectfully WTH is Art2 trying to do right now??? No deadline, come as you will, we will wait for you, etc. for Rodgers and NO SENSE OF URGENCY. They clearly want him to be their QB, but if this is how he is treating them and running the team before even being signed, imagine what'll be like after he is signed and in the actual locker room. This is a mess, a travesty, and a disgrace to the Steelers legacy and makes us look like a desperate team. The Steelers should be desperate for Super Bowl #7, NOT a 41year old Pre-Madonna drama QUEEN (not king) who isn't even on the back nine, or Hole 18... HE'S ALREADY IN THE CLUBHOUSE SIGNING HIS CARD. MESS, MESS, MESS.

From a long-term perspective, if you could trade the LG and replace him with the #1 pick from last season, trade back in the first round and acquire a good RT, and then utilize the depth to add multiple pieces to the defensive line, would we be better off?  Isaac is not getting another contract here.
