I went with 15 years because the only great picks from '08 to '22 were Watt, Heyward, Pouncey, and DeCastro.  Regardless, is there a reason that pairing didn't draft as well as the previous regime and the current regime?

That's correct. I still say the Steelers open on Sunday or Monday in Denver against Russell Wilson's former team.
