Hello Gerry. Thanks for the chat. Question: In your opinion, which post-draft trade/acquisition is more likely, CB depth or Veteran WR#2? I'm thinking the latter and I believe the "asking price" has gone down post-draft. Thanks again

There is only guy in their sights for CB depth. And they are not looking for WR depth. If anything, they might be looking for WR No. 2. They have plenty of depth

Would it have been more beneficial for the Steelers to have drafted Troy Franklin in lieu of Payton Wilson.  Since we signed Patrick Queen, how much playing time will Wilson get?  I would assume Franklin would have had a lot more playing time.

Not at all. Payton Wilson might be the steal of the draft, not just for the Steelers but for the league

Will Fautanu start day 1 or will he sit for a bit?  Way more starts than Jones so I'd expect him to be plug and play.  But then how do they feel about having two rookie lineman and one sophomore .

The Steelers have rarely exhibited a sense of urgency to win like they have this off-season.  If they fail to make the playoffs or fail to win one playoff game, does AR2 apply that same sense of urgency to change the head coach?

If you mean as a receiver, no. But I'm sure they will utilize his talent in some form, for variety and change of pace if nothing else

It feels like we got character guys this offseason.  That seems to be the most important aspect that has been missing for the last decade or so.  Even players such as Warren are commenting about that.  Is that the impact of Khan and Weidl?  We know it isn't the head coach because he hasn't improved that aspect of the organization at all year after year.  What changed this offseason?

As you've been saying for years it's time to restock that defensive line. Every draft pick next year should be a defensive lineman 😃

They need to pay attention to the defensive line the way they have the offensive line the past two years. That is the one area that, as of right now, has not been improved at all.
