You stick to your plan, whatever that is. You have the lead, let him make the move ...or the mistake

Gerry, have you heard any rumblings on the Steelers stance on a stadium since the lease is now in short-term view given how long it takes to build a new one. Refurbish or rebuild? Please don’t say Cranberry!!!!
Gerry Dulac
11:01
I have not.

Good morning, Gerry!  I realize Tomlin has 3 years remaining, but do you think this Rodgers "experiment" is a do-or-die situation for him this year?  Or do you think he'll have another year to correct it if it goes to crap?
Gerry Dulac
11:02
No I don't. And he will have another year regardless, even if he has to extract everything from where it is you suggest

Gerry, love the chats and your work. Which sophomore has to have a good camp or could be a cut candidate?
Gerry Dulac
11:03
They usually give a guy, especially a draft choice, 3 years before they move on, not just two, though I still don't get the Isaiahh Loudermilk situation

Thanks for the chats Gerry.  I know it is football in shorts but is Roman Wilson 100% and if so how does he look?  Someone needs to step up if we don't trade for WR2
Gerry Dulac
11:04
Of course he's 100 percent after the offseason. Let's see if he stays that way
Andy Poni
11:04
Why is Cordarrelle Patterson still on this team?
Gerry Dulac
11:04
Give it time

Gerry, who is a veteran you think will step up and surprise people?
Gerry Dulac
11:04
Kenneth Gainwell

I saw bradshaw ripped the QB situation.  Aside from drafting KP I don't see what else we could have done aside from trade up and lose a lot of pics when we have holes to fill.  Easy to rip the QB situation and not provide another solution
Gerry Dulac

There's that

Thanks for your great reporting, Gerry.  How are the rookie D-linemen looking so far?
Gerry Dulac
11:05
They look big. I will wait to training cam before I make any other observations

No one hears from Bradshaw for years and suddenly he pops up with a criticism of the Steelers handling of the QB position. He can have his opinion, but why insert himself now after all those years?
Gerry Dulac
11:06
Because he was critical. That's the world we live in
Yikes

Gerry, I’m exhausted hearing about you know who.  If I’m exhausted you must be really tired of it!  Therefore, I want to turn the script if I may.  If you were on the other side of this chat, what question would you ask yourself?
Gerry Dulac
11:06
What time does it end?
Edward Big Hands
11:06
Gerry, would you be comfortable with the Steelers QB situation as is? That is, doesn’t it make more sense at this stage to go with Rudolph, see if Howard develops and if it’s all a train wreck, just draft a kid with upside?  Isn’t it strange how this has dragged on so long?
Gerry Dulac
11:07
It's not going to remain as is. If Rodgers doesn't sign, they will likely go find a veteran QB to backup Rudolph.

In light of the Bradshaw article and players getting more "whatever" about Rodgers showing up when they are asked - 1) when is the juice not worth the squeeze? And 2) what is our backup? Would rather wentz as a veteran backup than cousins at this point ....
Gerry Dulac
11:07
Something like that
11:08
OK kids, that's all the time we have today. Sorry for the mid-chat delay. Interviews call. We might go on hiatus for a couple weeks during the U.S. Open, FYI
