I think we could end up with about the same record this year as last year but still be a much better team. I suspect we are going to learn that Tomlin was a genius at competing in low scoring games, but that I'd much rather watch us actually score points this year - maybe even on the first drive! - even if they win/lose about the same. I'm expecting a much improved product with smart additions and good drafting. I'm excited for this year and I appreciate your coverage. What say you?

What I say is, on paper, with their additions such as Pittman, Dean and Dowdle, they are a better team than last year. Now, we'll see how it plays out, but I don't think there's any question they're a better team.

His six-year span was the greatest in NFL history. But I think his histrionics will overshadow that, even though HOF voters are not supposed to consider anything but how a player performed ON THE FIELD. It's different than baseball.

Btw that is not true that the Steelers received “more coverage” about AR playing defense. It was covered and joked about and they moved on.  The Steelers have received a lot of national coverage about AR and his return and his age of course etc.  Much more than they received about him playing defense.  Some people like to stretch reality for their own distorted narratives.  Just setting the record straight.
