Steeler's OC have consistently gotten worse since they retired Bruce Arians. Hopefully we only have to endure 12 more games of the Matt Canada experience. What do you think they should do differently in hiring their next OC for the 2024 season?

Why couldn't Kenny have "danced around" for a few seconds before kneeling.  That alone would have added up to 6-8 extra seconds off the clock which could have made all the difference...There was no reason not to....losing a few yards

Hi Mr. Dulac.  Thanks for the Chat.  I look at the way that Kenny Picket is playing and think his development may be similar to that of Ben and Bradshaw.  We waited a long time for their first 300 yard games.  I sure remember Ben's offense being very mediocre in the first half of many games, but he would find his rhythm in the 2nd half.   Is it so bad to be a glass is half full, enjoy the win fan?  Go Cardiac Steelers!

I don’t understand how the Steelers win over the Ravens can somehow be the reason Canada keeps his job. The offense once again was atrocious and the team won in spite of its putrid performance.

Recall what three words AR stated at end of last year when asked what key priority was for this year?  SCORE MORE POINTS.  We are running below last year’s point production by a meaningful amount. No way no how can Canada be retained.  What will it take to open up discussions on QB1?

Hello. Thank you as always for the chat. Do you think that there is any chance that there will be an upgrade at Center position at the trade deadline ? Cole is not playing well. To me, the OL performance is the basic factor in poor running and passing game.  You can put Purdy back there and with pressure in the backfield every single play , his numbers may not be as different. No, I don't. And if they would make a change at center, which I don't anticipate at all, it might involve putting Nate Herbig there. And don't forget, James Daniels has played center.

Hi Gerry.  In 2020 they had 35 TD passes. In 2021 that dropped to 23. Last year it dropped to 12.  If the HOF QB TD pass percentage drops 35% and a former 2nd overall pick and first QB selected in the draft can't get 1 TD/game, is it really the players.

What are your thoughts on Mason Cole, seem to make some strong standup plays but also gets blow away and the flood gates open. Maybe that's nitpicking but a Center should be high on the draft list next year, along with another DB? Thanks

What is all the Mason Cole hate all of a sudden? And, you want a center high in the draft, I won't argue. But nothing should be higher than a big-time DE.

Do you expect Gunner to play in the next game?  I was shocked he played this past game.  Same old same old I guess.  Why make changes?  If Gunner fields a punt again it makes me think he is owed a favor by Tomlin.  Did Gunner give Dino a scholarship??

Hey G, love your work. In your personal opinion do you believe ownership truly believes they are on the right path to win a SB and just need to be patient, or are they just happy with the cash flow, not an embarrassment of a franchise and status quo is ok.

If the Steelers have for the first 15 plays scripted plays that usually lead to 3 and outs, does it make you wonder about the scripted plays in the first place and the coordinator who drew them up or is it more about execution by the QB and the rest of their offense?
