Hey Gerry! Can you tell me why Tomlin is so resistant to starting our number one draft pick? Jones looked real good when he started. Why is MT so stuck on Dan Moore? I know he had a good outing last week but c’mon man!

I think because they think, right now, Dan More is a better option than Broderick Jones. I could understand if they had some swinging gate at left tackle, but Dan Moore is not that.

I'm not going to predict any playoff victories, not after what I've watched the last 3 times there were in the postseason. But I have thought since the beginning of the season they can be a playoff team.

I know it’s early in there careers. But we’re Harris and Picket the wrong players to take in the first round in 21 and 22. Could they have picked better options in round one (offensive line especially). Then picked up a RB and QB later in draft.

I had absolutely no problem with Harris in 2021. That was the perfect choice for them. They needed a big-time RB and he was probably the best available. I thought they needed a big-time DL in 2022, and I thought that again this year. And if they fail to do it again in 2024, they deserve everything they get when they can't stop the run.

The Steelers have the worst roster in the division. Colbert's last 5 years were horrific. Why do you think he gets credit from the local media for doing a good job of drafting? He failed miserably the last few years.

No, it's an indication how they are always on the lookout for practice squad guys whom they feel could develop going forward. It is not done for any immediate help

Pickett doesn't have the look of a potential exceptional QB in his second year. Looks intimidated most times.The 4th quarter luck will run out eventually. Trubiskys best year as an NFL QB was about the same as Bens 18th year. (comp%, Yards and TDs). It's time to play Rudolph. Nothing to lose and all to gain.

Why are so many in the national media putting Garrett ahead of Watt? Watt leads in every statistical category and the steelers record with him vs without him proves his impact on the team.

Good morning Mr. Dulac.  I love the Wednesday chats.   Can you explain to me while we try to be cute with simple plays and we just don’t follow tried and true methods to complete the push tush.   Why do we use our small tight end, have him come in motion to try and push our QB forward.   Can’t we just line up our Washington and Jones behind Kenny and impose our will for this play.  Stop being cute, just get the job done with the athletes best designed to complete the task.   The Eagles have shown the way, let’s copy the play exactly as it should be done.
