How much power does Fichner have in overuling Ben on his play calls.  If the QB isnt playing well that game why not go to more heavy personnel and run the ball.

He has all the power. Ben isn't king here. He can be overruled and told what to do all the time. That's what the former coordinator who is now in Cleveland did.
