Take it for what it's worth, is what I'd tell you

Did my eyes deceive me, or did they actually used the middle of the field in the passing game? We haven’t seen that around here sine pre-injury Ben.
Gerry Dulac
10:16
I think they wanted to chase the pigeons from the field

Why was Myles Jack dressed but he didn't play?
Gerry Dulac
10:16
He was injured in some form, but don't know what.

Hey Gerry!  For the three victories that we have this year every single one we scored 20 points in regulation with the only exception being 23 points in the overtime against Cincinnati. Will the Steelers ever score more than 20 points in regulation this season with this pathetic Matt Canada offense?
Gerry Dulac
10:17
Funny you ask, I was just pointing up the same stat this morning. It will be a milestone when they do...if they do.

Why did the team change kickers last week?  Did they lose confidence in Sciba after one week?  The kicking game was horrendous on Sunday.
Gerry Dulac
10:20
No. They liked Wright better. They signed Sciba because Boswell's injury occurred somewhat last minute and he was a free agent. They didn't have to keep him on the roster for any designated length of time. And they didn't know how long Boz would be out. When they discovered his injury is something more serious -- and it's something that could continue to bother him going forward -- they signed Wright off the KC practice squad, knowing they had to keep him for three games. Wright was more of a proven kicker than Sciba, despite what we have seen the past two games

to what extent does KP audible?
Gerry Dulac
10:20
Very little. He does not have the authority

Frank Reich as offensive coordinator in ‘23?!!!
Gerry Dulac

Would be a great move!

There are media rumors that Tomlin almost left for TV years ago.  Unfortunately, he did not.  My question is....why would anybody want him on TV?  He doesn't communicate clearly and sounds like a politician.  Can you even understand what he is saying in the press conferences?
Gerry Dulac
10:21
Tomlin would be very good on TV, but I'm not sure about those rumors.

What is the deal with Kazee?  Is he on a one year deal?  If so, is he worth keeping around?
Gerry Dulac
10:23
Yes he is and yes he is. I would imagine they will try to re-sign him

Najee stated the entire organization needs a culture change.  I've believed that for over a decade (AB, Bryant, JuJu, Claypool, etc.).  Even Troy and Ben (future Hall of Famers) inferred the culture declined.  Why does this keep happening over and over again on Tomlin's watch?
Gerry Dulac
10:23
I'm sorry, but the opinion of a player who has spent less than two full years with a team isn't qualified to remark about the culture of a franchise.

Can you name one position group that the Steelers are better than the Ravens outside of receivers? Just shows the poor drafting the past 5 years.

OLB. Safety

MT says Minkah might play this week. Is he just blowing smoke or is it a possibility?  What is the reality of his situation?
Gerry Dulac
10:25
It is a possibility, and likely a good one

Gerry, FYI, Tomline held Jack out on Sunday because his legs were bothering him enough to warrant it.  He said Jack was available if one of the other ILB's left the game.
Gerry Dulac
10:25
Yes I know, but thanx!

After seeing Pickett so far do you see 1st round talent?  Seems like a average QB especially being 24 with an extended stay at Pitt.  Thanks.
Gerry Dulac
10:26
Some people are very good at answering their own questions. But I don't think he's average

Tomlin has had some nice success as a head coach but do you think he senses that it may be time to step down? Or do you think he's driven to return the Steelers to their former glory?
Gerry Dulac
10:26
He's had more than nice success. Nice success doesn't get you in the Hall of Fame. And I can all but promise you he will get in.

Gerry what did you think about the play of kazee he looked good on Sunday when replacing minkah
Gerry Dulac
10:27
I like the guy, liked him from the time I saw him in preseason. He's very fast and isn't afraid of contact.

What would you consider a successful season for the this team?  I think knowing if Kenny P is legit for moving this team forward or drafting a top talent available in the coming draft. Thanks.
Gerry Dulac
10:28
I can tell you this: Getting a high draft pick might seem like a successful season for the fans, but it won't be for the organization. Their goal is to draft No. 32 every year

Can the Steelers stay patient and run the ball when the Bengals will throw it around the yard 50 times? The Packers stayed with their running game despite being down 14 in the 4th quarter.
Gerry Dulac
10:29
I don't think so, but I get your point. The Packers have done that the past couple weeks and been successful with that approach each time

Watching the game on TV they showed Big Ben in a private box surrounded by Saints fans. I know he was there for Heath but I find it weird his people and the Steelers couldn’t coordinate enough to get him in box with home team fans. What up with that?
Gerry Dulac
10:33
I saw Ben in the box and not sure what you saw is correct, but hey I could be wrong.

Do you see the team keeping the RB split at 67/33 between Najee and Jaylen?  It seemed to work ok on Sunday
Gerry Dulac
10:34
I do. I think that's an appropriate ratio

Could you see this team getting back to .500 this year?
