MW has been targeted 44 times since his only target -- the game-winning TD in Washington. Those amount of snaps would indicate he has assimilated to the offense. So why no throws in his direction? First correct answer wins.....

Doesn't bringing Fields in make it easier for the defense?  They know he's going to run most of the time.  They don't have to worry about defending the pass.

That's why they had him pass on third-and-4 from his own 30 with 3 1/2 min to go, holding a one-point lead, when he probably hadn't even thrown a ball since halftime or even pregame warmups. Let's keep the defense honest, right? Have I mentioned it was a foolish time to let him do so
