I like Brian Allen. He has the size and speed to be a top-flight CB. But he has to prove it. And I think the DL depth is better with the addition of Tyson Alualu. He's strong and tough to move. But we'll see.

I really don't believe strength and conditioning are going to prevent that. He is highly conditioned. But you're right -- he's awesome when healthy

What does the NFL's disciplinary committee actually do? Do they really have that much on its docket or are three-hour power lunches taking up too much of its Outlook calendar? They said Dallas's Ezekiel Elliott won't get a decision this week either.

Hi Gerry, noticing all the issues around the Steelers and NFL camps with regards to suspensions, holdouts, injuries, conditioning, etc.  But AB seems to always set the standard at this important time of year coming in highly conditioned, determined, and focused.  Do you think this attitude will continue to offset his other behavior during the season?

It always has. Do not be fooled. You might think AB's behavior can be disruptive w the team, but it's not. He is well liked and well-respected, not to mention productive. I'll give you annoying at times.
