The Lakers will be controlling the pick, I'm not sure if Mark Tatum will be giving him a Magic hat or not, but if it's technically still Orlando's selection, they will be drafting on behalf of the Lakers. It will be the pick Pelinka wants.

I think it would be smart to keep the pick, but that Grant move suggests they want to win now, so they may try to add a veteran with that pick.

It’s funny, as a Rockets fan I always felt Jabari was the best fit…but had really psyched myself up for Paolo the last few weeks for obvious reasons. Obviously stoked for Jabari again now, but what a roller coaster. Haha
