I published both of these together because they're of a piece. I think the Heat want to add an All-Star during the offseason. They may use their current pick (No. 27) now, but that guy may not be on the team for long.

as a sixers fan I prefer they keep the pick also. Need some young players that can you know..play and are cheap.

Of the top 3 picks who has the most fantasy value? Asking for a friend…
Alex Kirschenbaum
7:36
Answering this question would be a conflict of interest for me given that you're in my fantasy league...

Ivey. LG!

Could the rockets have gotten the #7 from Portland for Wood + #17 ?
Alex Kirschenbaum
7:37
I doubt it, considering how little Wood just went for from Dallas.

Who is going to be the last guy in the green room tonight?
Alex Kirschenbaum
7:37
Jovic?
Victor
7:37
Is it odd that Paolo did not work out for Orlando and they draft him over the 2 guys they DID work out ?
Alex Kirschenbaum
7:37
Orlando's gonna Orlando.
Issac Okoro + Darius Garland
7:37
What’s our plan for tonight as of rn it’s looking kinda fun…
Alex Kirschenbaum
7:38
You should get a win-now player, ideally an older guy. You had a solid 2021/22 season, and had you not been beset by injuries you probably would have advanced from the play-in tournament to the first round of the playoffs.

These morons running the Knicks will trade out and sign Carmelo and think they’ll win. Idiots
Alex Kirschenbaum
7:39
Time will tell. Signing Carmelo to a minimum wouldn't be much of an issue, but they should certainly keep that lottery pick unless they can move up!

If the blazers do end up drafting a player, could it be a decoy or smokescreen for leverage to trade right away?
Alex Kirschenbaum
7:39
Possibly!
Lakes

Where do you think trades will happen at
Alex Kirschenbaum
7:39
Somewhere in the first round. This is pure speculation based on what I've been reading.
Craig
7:39
Do you think Jalen hardy is a good fit for the sixers
Alex Kirschenbaum
7:40
Definitely! He was a possible top-five draft pick before the season, and is considered a good scorer.
Alex Kirschenbaum
7:41
Mathurin to the Pacers! How are we feeling about this?

Picks going fast tonight
Kasey

With all the talk and rumors about a lot of trades happening, we have yet to see a trade in the top 10 so far. Where do you see the first trade happening?
Alex Kirschenbaum
7:44
By the end of the first round we're going to get at least one trade. Again, this is just a prediction based on what I've been reading online, I have no inside info.

If you’re the hornets, do you prefer to trade for a veteran big or draft one of the two centers available at 13 or 15?
Alex Kirschenbaum
7:44
Draft one of these centers! A good one should still available.
Randy
7:44
Does jazz make a trade today
Alex Kirschenbaum
7:45
I don't think they'll make a trade today, but I think Danny Ainge will make some deals during the offseason in general.

Mathurin and Halliburton - lot of potential in that combo
Alex Kirschenbaum
7:45
The Pacers could be a fun League Pass team!
Dylan
7:45
Will the hornets keep both 13 and 15? Or will they trade one of them for a veteran big?
Alex Kirschenbaum
7:46
They can draft a high-upside big with one of those picks. I think they SHOULD keep both (or use them to move into the top 10). Who knows what they'll actually do though...
Jake Layman

Are the Celtics aware they fluked a Finals appearance?  Nets without two starters, then Bucks without Celtics-killer Middleton, and then Herro-hurt-Heat.  Celtics should make a blockbuster move, nobody wants to see Brown's selfishness and Smart's horrible shooting.  Will wait for hours for pick 53, which will be used on someone who never plays a game.
Alex Kirschenbaum
7:47
The Celtics had a little injury luck, but that happens in every NBA playoffs. They're a young, talented team, with a few issues that they are aware of and could certainly look to amend in the offseason. I think trades and free agency are going to be their best resources, not a late second-round pick.
Alex Kirschenbaum
7:48
Shaedon Sharpe to Portland! He wound up red-shirting his collegiate season at Kentucky. High upside.

Do you think the Warriors keep or trade their first round pick at 28?
Alex Kirschenbaum
7:49
Given their luxury tax bill, they may want to trade into the second round and grab a draft-and-stash guy, or just trade for a pick in a future draft.
Clarence

Mathurin is a bust, this years Anthony Bennett
Victor

I really like Eason to me seems a little like Zion , how come some mocks don’t have him in first round ?
