I'd imagine you bring Siakam off the bench, though come playoff time, Nurse will look to have 2/3 on the court at all times. There's not a combo I don't like there.

What the Lakers doing? They dumped Thomas Bryant, but hold on to Zubac, and sign Tyson Chandler. Now they’ve traded Zubac (with Beasley) for Muscala. This trade was done for two reasons: (1) to acquire a shooter (2) create a spot to sign LeBron’s friend, Carmelo.

Not necessarily. When you have high salary players on bad teams, rivals know there's a chance to get them on the buyout market. It depresses value but rival teams would trade for them if the price is right.
