Will Vince Carter get bought out to finish his career where it all started? (after the trade on draft night)
Chris Crouse
2:41
Vince Carter seems happy being a mentor in Atlanta and the franchise is happy to have him around.
Norm
2:41
Double C, Bradley's having a lousy shooting year, but the man can defend and has run the show for a team in crunch time. Surprised no one could get him late from the Grizzle
Chris Crouse
2:43
You'd hope a change of scenery could bring Bradley back to life. Maybe the not-so-lit Grizzlies can provide him a launching pad.

2:43
Same premise says that Lin will be a buy out candidate. No reason to keep him.
Chris Crouse
2:44
No word yet on Lin. It wouldn't be surprising either way.
Norm
2:44
Hope Teodosic catches on with a playoff club that needs a backup point. San Antonio. Philly. Nets. Portland. Even G-State. The man can still deal
Chris Crouse
2:45
Clippers waiving Milos Teodosic feels like an arrangement that allows him to seek a playoff contender. Would he be an upgrade on McConnell for the Sixers?
2:46
I'd take the shot on Milos if I'm Philadelphia.
Norm
2:47
Double C, put Teodosic on a team that requires point penetration to set up wing three-ballers. D collapses and dimes rain.
Chris Crouse
2:51
While Teodosic would plausibly fit on more than a few potential playoff teams thorough the league. There were reports earlier in the season that there would be international interest if he became available.

2:51
What was your favorite deadline move and why? Which team made the biggest upgrades?
Chris Crouse
2:52
Tobias Harris on the Sixers makes so much sense for them. He's an All-Star caliber player. His efficient shooting was a much needed addition.
Norm
2:52
Fultz is now a Disney. Question is whether the kid is another Tony Bennett, Royce White, D Russell, or even Steve Nash.
Chris Crouse
2:53
Seems like a good situation for Fultz. The spotlight won't be quite as bright in Orlando. He'll have time to get things right.
ATL Hawks
2:54
Why do we never do anything good? Didn't move Millsap or Horford the last couple years. Now we hold onto Dedmon and Lin. Buncha incompetent fools running the team
Norm
3:00
Atlanta fans ought to be glad that the front office didn't trade Doncic again. Also, the bosses picked Huerter (and Young, small points take time) and kept their future No. 1s
Chris Crouse
3:01
Hawks are taking a long-long-term approach. Both Dedmon and Lin will be free agents at the end of the season. They could both be back but this has to be a better outcome than taking back long-term money without compensation.

3:01
Hard to say that when you don't know what options were on the table for Dedmon or Lin.... and I'm glad we didn't try to outbid ORL for Fultz... that was an overpay.
Chris Crouse
3:06
The 1st-rounder from OKC is top-20 protected. Orlando taking a calculated risk doesn't hurt the franchise.
Blue Leopards
3:06
Is Noah Vonleh a buyout candidate?
Chris Crouse
3:08
Vonleh will likely stay with the Knicks through the end of the season. He'll be a free agent this summer. The Nuggets were among the teams interested in the big man at the deadline.
Norm
3:09
'Tors, with just 10 on the roster, have got to be thinking buyouts. A third point? Another wing 2? Another big behind Ole' Man Gasol?
Masai
3:09
We need 4 more to fill the roster over the next two weeks- Targets?
Masai
3:09
Cc who are the logical buyout targets for the Raps
Chris Crouse
3:13
Raptors should look for another guard just incase the injury bug hits Kyle Lowry. They may also sniff around for another big. Gortat makes some sense as a backup. They've also spent a chuck of the season without JV and were forced to use Ibaka nearly full-time at the 5. It worked out well.
sturt
3:13
Just sayin... regarding Fultz... more calculated risk than I would like my GM in ATL to calculate.
Fire Ernie
3:14
Why would the wizards not move ariza or green? There had to have been some interest for those guys since they are FA after this year?
Chris Crouse
3:16
There's a scenario where the Wizards make the playoff around Bradley Beal. Washington didn't want to simply give Ariza and Green away and take away that possibility. They dodged the luxury tax with the Morris deal.
Fire Gar/Pax
3:16
Is Otto Porter really a building block? Seems like an inefficient way for the Bulls to spend $. Sad to see RoLo gonna go
Chris Crouse
3:20
Chicago will have plenty of cap space and flexibility this summer. Adding Porter doesn't change their position all that much but it does give them a starting-caliber wing, something the Bulls would be hard-pressed to attract without over paying on the free agent market. They took the certainty now vs. uncertainty later.
DaK
3:20
I can't understand vucevic is still with Orlando
Danny ainge should d move for vucecic
Chris Crouse
3:22
Vuc in Boston would have been a nice fit depending on what the Celtics would have be forced to give up.
E. Gads
3:24
With these Clippers' trades, releases, how sure are they that they can add one or two of their targets (Kawhi, AD)?
Chris Crouse
3:24
Clippers appear confident. They are planning to pitch Kawhi Leonard and Kevin Durant.
Jason
3:27
Wolves couldn't get ANYTHING for DRose, Gibson, or Tolliver?!?! Not even some 2nd rounders. Yikes.
Chris Crouse
3:30
Minnesota was really quiet at the deadline. Them keeping all the vets is curious.
Yameron
3:30
I really feel like I don't see this brought up enough. Where do you think Boogie ends up by next season?
Chris Crouse
3:33
I'd guess the Heat, though that's purely a guess. He won't be back with the Warriors unless he's willing to take another heavily-discounted deal.
