The Bulls apparently promised Chandler Hutchison a month ago. Hard to imagine anybody else going No. 22.

Chauncey breaking out the Bob Sura reference. On point my man.
TJ
8:51
GarPax is always good for a screwjob. LiAngelo Ball come on down
Austin Kent
8:52
Good grief, Tony Jones of the Salt Lake Tribune is that Grayson Allen was No. 3 on Utah's big board.
Bulls just took Hutchison at No. 22.
TJ
8:53
Want no part of Hutchinson
Austin Kent
8:53
Why not, TJ?
8:54
Here's the link to our draft list, again: https://www.hoopsrumors.com/2018/06/2018-nba-draft-results.html
The Pacers are on the clock at No. 23.
Alex Garcia

Any chance Atlanta somehow still manages to trade for bamba?
Austin Kent
8:56
I think Mo Bamba could be had but I'm not sure what the Hawks would give up.
Alex Garcia
8:57
Schroder 19 and 30?
Austin Kent
8:58
I'm not sure three more seasons of Schroder at $15M is all that enticing.
He could be one of those guys that puts things together and ends up being a steal but Orlando just got away from a stagnating young point guard in Elfrid Payton.

I don't understand ORL drafting Bamba unless they have plans to move him (or Vucevic). They're stuck with Biyombo for two more years, so makes no sense to have three Centers
Just my opinion
8:59
If Bemba could be had who would have what magic would want?
Austin Kent
8:59
I think they took Bamba because he had the highest value. I think they were zeroing in on Trae Young and did that panic move we all do in our fantasy football drafts just because we know everybody else is talking about a dude.
9:00
The Pacers just took Aaron Holiday. They came in after their time had expired. I wonder if they were talking trade.
Up  next is Portland at No. 24
Colby

Think Robert Williams falls to Boston?
Austin Kent
9:01
At this point it seems like anything could happen. That's the weird thing about the late first round, I think people get so focused on a short list of players that mid-round guys who drop end up dropping quite a bit.

Who do we take!? Do we make any trades?
Austin Kent
9:04
I wouldn't be surprised if Sean Marks will be on the phone up until their clock expires. This could be a team that a player like Robert Williams would make sense on... except they have Jarrett Allen.
Danny ainge
9:04
Expecting Bruce brown to Boston now myself
Austin Kent
9:05
Just my opinion
9:05
Being that we’re close to Boston’s pick I think if they wanted Williams they could easily make the jump down so I’m thinking if they don’t they have another pick already hoping for
Austin Kent
9:06
I think Boston could definitely benefit from a truly athletic big guy.
9:07
The Blazers are taking Anfernee Simons at No. 25.
9:08
It's weird, Simons (who will be coming straight out of prep school) is the prototypical G League pick... but the Blazers are one of the only teams that do not have a direct G League affiliate.
Ted
9:08
Lonnie's got bigger hair than Dejounte
Vijay
9:08
Orlando should have gone Sexton. Then perhaps Bamba goes to CHI. Wonder then what CLE would have done at #8
Austin Kent
9:10
Anybody getting notifications on their phones for Shams' tweets? Dude has been messing up the draft numbers all night.
9:11
At least he didn't say the Warriors traded for a Pittsburgh Pirates first baseman...

Ainge likes guards and wings. I wouldn't be surprised if he passed on Williams and went with Melton
Ted
9:11
I think Diallo is going second round but Vanderbilt is undrafted.
Do you guys think Kostas Antetokounmpo goes undrafted? The draft was not kind to Thanasis.
Austin Kent
9:12
I wondered about that. I wouldn't be surprised if teams held off tonight but I would be even more surprised if he doesn't end up getting a training camp deal.
The Lakers are drafting Moritz Wagner at No. 25.
Ted
9:12
Kostas should get  a training camp deal. In some aspects, he looks better than Thanasis.
9:13
Wow, on Moritz Wagner to the Lakers.
