Hi Jason, what's the real likelihood of Henry Davis starting in AAA, albeit not having seen him hit in a game yet this spring? I think the team would be a massive PR hit if their 1.1 pick has to spend time in the minors to learn how to play the  position he's played his whole life. Although the Pirates seem immune to bad press.

I wrote an entire analysis on this. Also, they shouldn't take a PR hit. Look at Davis compared to Rutschman. But I don't think it's likely. I think Henry starts with the MLB club.

Any thoughts on how the organization views Malcolm Nunez currently? I know he struggled with injury a lot last year, but had shown good pop when healthy.

Geesh. Hadn't thought of Nunez in a bit. They might be writing him off. Weird he's not here. Probably not a good sign for a Triple-A bat.
