I try not to. It's a fine line. I'm learning, too. Never wanna complain, but I do wanna criticize. Sometimes they're similar. But as I've always said to yinz, I'll never shortchange you on effort. We'll get there.

Our top 3 pitchers need to pitch through 7 innings unless they are behind. Pulling pitchers in the 6th is ridiculous and that’s on Shelton. With the proper coaching we should have won more than 8-10 games at this point. He’s the one who makes the calls and he has blown a bunch already.

You're gonna have a tough time convincing front offices in MLB these days of that thinking. How about the bullpen just pitches better.

Are the Steelers true contenders this year? Obviously in a brutal division with a ridiculous schedule, and a tough path (KC, BUF) to the Big Game. I feel like the roster is much better than last year, especially once a WR move is done. I am thrilled for the next 2-3 years

I see them as contenders ... but not beyond a surprising trip to the AFC championship, more than likely not even that. But they could make the playoffs and win a game. That wouldn't shock me.

the vitriol comes from their lineup - other then OC/Reynolds we have - Taylor cant hit, hayes cant hit, triolo cant hit, rowdy cant hit, jack cant hit, joe can only hit lefties. its depressing, ive followed this team for 39 years and sick of the pathetic lineups

I would just do something else, but ... Taylor has hit. He's also a glove-first guy. Hayes has been hurt. They sent Jack down. Triolo hasn't been good, no. We've talked about Tellez. ... You're making some grand declaration on the totality of the franchise. I'm just saying ease off a touch.

I truly do not understand how anyone can have an optimistic outlook on the Pirates right now. That's just absolutely wild to me when you look at the state of the organization outside of Skenes and Jones, but I hope you're right

I'm not really concerned about umpires grunting. Ii was kind of a "is it just me thing." But I still don't get  why they don't just say the word.
