Any chance Skenes signs longterm contract before becoming a FA? In my fantasy, pirates win it all or go deep in playoffs in next few years and he’s central part of that forcing hand of front office to pay up and keep him. Is that a pipe dream?

Triolo is useless this year. Why is he still on the big league club? Akila Williams could probably hit as well and is better SS for when Cruz needs a break.

Phillies just got Austin Hays.  Not saying it takes them out of the running on Chisholm, but if Bowden was accurate in saying Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Yankees and Mariners were the 4 teams in on Jazz, this seems like it makes him to Pittsburgh a little more likely.

Hi Jason. Every time I watch an ESPN prognosticator, I feel like the biggest homer. I find it hard to believe the rest of the country is correct in predicting we finish last in the North. I know I am biased but, barring significant injury, I think we make the playoffs. Outside of Baltimore, our off-season has been great (on paper). Our WR group makes me nervous, but we finish at least above Cleveland, right? BTW, check out an up and coming comedian, Jason Allan King. Hysterical. Thanks!

I watched a rebroadcast of Candelaria’s no hitter from 1976 and was surprised at how thin and lean most of the players were. It’s amazing the change in body types from nearly 50 years ago. The attention paid to working out is paying off

Nate Bargatze is my favorite comedian right now as well.  He is amazing.  You should check out Tom Papa if have not already.  What moves do you think the Pens can realistically make for a scoring winger, or is it really just hope that one of the kids fills that role at this time?

Why do the Steelers insist on going to St Vincent for camp ? The place is a dump and too far from the city. Bring it back to the South Side. Shut it off to public so they can focus on football

Whenever he's ready? Nobody is ever "scheduled" to come off the IL. He's probably going to throw a live BP next. We're still looking at multiple weeks. Can't schedule that.
