During the 2014 season, BBRef listed Camden Yards' 1 year and 3 year park factor as completely neutral (it went back up to hitter friendly this year). It made me wonder if the perception of OPACY as a hitters' park comes more from the loaded AL east lineups and really bad Orioles pitching for most of the time that the park has been around. Am I crazy or could there be something to this?

I think you are on to something. Plus, people equate homer-friendly with hitter-friendly, and Camden is definitely homer-friendly. But it's more homer-friendly than *offense*-friendly and the reality of the matter is it only boosts total runs by a little bit.
