Ok hate is a powerful word. I don't hate Patrico, I find him highly entertaining. I've waged war on the Blues in-game entertainment for years. Whether it's the rat mascot, pp dance, the bubble gum music or the screwing with the organist. I don't have anything against him, I just find the whole concept of needing people to entertain you during t.v. timeout's insane. If it was me, I'd have the Organ and a fog horn. Where's Claude the Trumpeter? So if Patrico is reading this... It's not you, its the concept. Friends?

Great question! It baffles the living shit out of me how kids are not taught to give and receive hits. So many players at all levels are putting themselves in awful positions. Injuries could be prevented if USA hockey would treat checking as a skill like skating etc.

Wow. The best one was watching a teammate at an off campus house party give one of the hosts and "upper decker" For those that don't know, it's when you lift up the lid and do your business in the tank. Best reaction ever

Yes. Mostly because a lot of people had false illusions that this was a top hockey team as in years past. They downgraded on offense and goaltending and tried selling it as a re-tool. The Blues are on pace for 94 points, if you're going to be harsh. Be harsh on the management for trying to polish a turd after a final four run.

Yes, he would be in the NHL. He would be a solid 3rd line center for almost any team. He should be a 3rd line center on this team but the management is trying to justify that god awful contract

Guessing you meant Jarmo. Jarmo had some hits and misses here. There were a few drafts that he missed pretty badly. Bill Armstrong has done a fine job with the draft thus far. My concerns is with the failure to upgrade the offense during the season

Unless you can trade Allen for a goalie then the Blues should ride it out. Does anyone think someone is going to take that contract extension if the Blues don't want it? You can't have a Dallas Stars situation and have 10 million spent on goaltending.

Dean. You pretty much summed it up. The Blues are Team Perimeter. People wanted Brouwer and Backes gone and thought that all this speed and talent would just make the size issue go away. Bad news. They're still slow, they don't score and now they have zero net front presence. Those are the types of goals that you score in the playoffs.
