re: the identical GM situation- the GMs are IDENTICAL! Basically, how much better is the team/MLB proprietary stuff than what an average GM can do from public sources? 10% or like 100% better?

I'm a different Hall of Fame guy. I think it should be based on Fame and not performance. Straw and Gooden would be in my Hall Of Fame, for example.
