Would you hate any qualms going to a ballgame this summer (assuming you are vaccinated)?
Kevin Goldstein
1:09
I'd prefer an outdoor stadium and I'd wear a mask to be respectful of those around me, but I'd feel ok about it.
Devon

Huascar Ynoa??? Huascar Ynoa! Is this a real thing or are we expecting the league to adjust to him assuming he can't consistently throw a viable third pitch?
Kevin Goldstein
1:09
I've always liked him, when I was with the Astros we tried to acquire him from both the Twins and the Braves.
Hank
1:09
Not a fan either, but Armageddon is a great Affleck movie
Kevin Goldstein
1:09
This is a typo of some kind, right?
Kevin
1:10
True or false: A major league hitter with a 50+ grade on the bat can hit the ball wherever he wants on the field on a 92 MPH fastball?
Kevin Goldstein
1:10
Wherever he wants? Demonstrably false.

What is your guess regarding what Baez and Bryant get in terms of total $ in their next contract?
Kevin Goldstein
1:11
Bryant will be in line for very big money. If it keeps up, I wonder if Baez might be best served by signing a one-year deal to re-establish value.
Genco
1:11
You're not a Godfather hater, are you?
Kevin Goldstein
1:11
Of course not.
Nico
1:12
Is Freddy Peralta a legit starter with his 2-pitch mix and pitch count issues? Or is he always gonna be destined for that flex SP/MILP role.
Kevin Goldstein
1:12
Starter.
Jason
1:13
What are you enjoying most about your return to Fangraphs?
Kevin Goldstein
1:13
These chats are way up there. It's great podcasting again. Working with the editorial team has been outstanding.

I’m thinking of buying MiLB.TV this year. Coverage is up to 90 teams which is good, but noticed the old FSL has only 1 team out of 10. Those are spring complexes owned by teams I believe. Am I crazy or is that completely unacceptable?
Kevin Goldstein
1:14
I mean, the FSL was not a fan league. Most teams had no broadcasts and many had attendances well under 1,000 so there was no reason to have a broadcast....

Denzel top 100 (some of these must be on here). Top 100 all time y/n: John Q. Training Day. American Gangster. Malcom X. Philadelphia. Remember the Titans
Kevin Goldstein
1:15
Only Malcolm X.
Bragman
1:15
With Correa seemingly set to leave HOU, do you think a heavier and older Bregman (than the LSU SS version) can move over to be an everyday SS. I do not.
Kevin Goldstein
1:15
I do not.
Joe
1:15
What movie is on your top 100 that would not be on most?
Kevin Goldstein
1:15
Tempest?
Dallas Comegys
1:16
IF Jose Ramirez gets traded, can a Dodgers offer of Lux, Ruiz, plus prospects be realistically topped?
Kevin Goldstein
1:16
It can be.
Dodgerbleu
1:16
Saving Private Ryan? Good Will Hunting?
Kevin Goldstein
1:16
Two of the more overrated movies out there. Congrats.
Pete
1:17
Could you see Hector Yan being a dominant back of the bullpen guy?
Kevin Goldstein
1:17
I can see him becoming a good reliever, but your term feels a bit strong.
Evan
1:18
Time to worry about the Tigers pitchers (Skubal and Mize) or just growing pains?
Kevin Goldstein
1:18
Just growing pains for Mize, still deciding on Skubal......
Kevin
1:19
I am sorry KG fangraph chat readers. I tried to narrow things down on this guys (read weirdo) top 100 movie list but I am more confused than what I started. How can he put Pulp Fiction and No Country for Old Men in his top 100, but leave off Crash and Training Day. I thought he had an issue with big budget films but I just dont know anymore...
Kevin Goldstein
1:19
I'm an enigma, or I just guess a real weirdo . . .

What should we read into the Yankees keeping Jasson Dominguez in extended spring training, if anything?
Kevin Goldstein
1:20
That he's 18 years old and doesn't have a pro at-bat yet and that some fans are extremely impatient at times.
Stros

Starting Pitching Futures...Rank 'em.
Luis Garcia, Cristian Javier, Jose Urquidy, Bryan Abreu
Kevin Goldstein
1:21
Javier, Urquidy, Garcia, Abrue (he's a reliever for me).

fav tv show similar to midnight diner?
Kevin Goldstein
1:21
I can't think of any, which is one of the things that makes Midnight Diner so wonderful.
