When a prospect is graded and then later either doesn't pan out or far exceeds the original grade, what is the likeliest cause of the "incorrect" original grade? I'm thinking of things like unexpected body change, psychological improvement/struggle, coached up, etc. Injury has to be #1 for not panning out (maybe?), but what else is at play?
