I like Ruiz more for 2023. Abrams the better bet for a superior career, though he no longer profiles as a superstar.

In general, what are you thoughts on keeping a pretty good priced quality player vs. a low priced rookie. For example, 11 team AL only $260 budget, 20% inflation, would you freeze Bergman at $23 or Jung at $7?  Thanks!

For me, it's always a matter of opportunity costs. A $23 Bregman feels like a solid price. He's probably about $20 pre-inflation
Jung projects somewhere around $9.

Assuming you can do something efficient with the $16 difference, it seems like Jung is a viable choice.
Neither approach is "wrong," it just affects your available strategy/tactics

I have Varsho at $26 (what I paid for Gurriel last year) in a 5x5 AL-only league where you can keep for 1 year only. What do you project for him ? Thanks

The AL-Only catcher pool is pretty healthy so he only checks in around $20

That said, he's a unicorn. I think he's worth the $26 for one year.

It's going to be interesting to see where he bats. I could see him slotting anywhere from 2nd to 7th (5th or 7th likeliest).

SP Luis Morales, who was taken by the A's in the International draft seems ahead of his peers. Does he have enough to play in the majors this year?

Although I think he could probably survive in a low-leverage bullpen role based on the reports, the same can be said about over one hundred pitching prospects who won't sniff the Majors this year. Look for him in three years time - if he doesn't hit any road blocks.
