It was: "Who will finish higher in 5x5 roto, Kyle Tucker or Randy Arozarena?
And oh my god I want to say Randy so ba-aadd due to my long-time stan-ness and general obsessive love. But the colder side of my rationality can’t put him over Tucker.

I picked up Lipscomb as a FA yesterday, what do you see him doing this year? Does he stay up? Next year? Thanks!
Nicklaus Gaut
11:16
I wouldn’t get too excited - he’ll stay up for now but seems to have a utility-infielder profile and will be a seat-filler but not much more.

Are you surprised that there wasn't trade interest in Joey Bart?   Where is he likely to land?
Nicklaus Gaut
11:19
I am surprised but just because there’s always some team that thinks they can “fix” a former top prospect. But I think the book is written and published on his current MLB abilities - he’s never looked anything but totally overwhelmed in the bigs.
Tampa Bay?
Or Oakland.
No inbetween

Which justice of the peace is going to have a better year: JP France or JP Sears?
Nicklaus Gaut
11:19
Vive la France!

Shane Baz worth holding onto for a keeper league?  Will he just be a SP3 when healthy?
Nicklaus Gaut
11:21
Meh - that dude just seems destined to be always hurt/eventually a reliever.
11:22
Shane Baz, 2027 Rolaids Relief Man of the Year. You heard it here first

IL is full. How much patience do I have with carrying Gavin Williams?  I also have Caminero... best to wait it out too or dump now?
Nicklaus Gaut
11:22
I’d be inclined to continue being patient with Williams at least until he gets back in action. I really like Caminero but just have a bad feeling that he going to end up with < 300 PA.
11:23
Never forget that Kevin Cash hates your fantasy team and is actively trying to ruin it.
Fact.

11 team NL only 5x5 roto keeper. Have Bobby Miller, need another top pitcher. Please rank: Yamamoto, Webb, Glasnow.
Nicklaus Gaut
11:24
Tough call but I’d go Webb. Glasnow has a higher ceiling but in NL-only, give me Webb’s safety over stomaching Glasnow’s injury risk - Webb is young with good (and consistent) stuff, and is on a team that’s always competitive and in a pitcher’s ballpark. Good recipe.
Webb > Glasnow > Yamamoto

Will David Robertson emerge as the Ranger's closer?
Nicklaus Gaut
11:24
70/30 he doesn’t - I won’t say I didn’t grab a couple of low-key shares but ultimately I think Bochy is going to give Leclerc a pretty long leash.
11:25
last night didn't help though

Hey thanks for doing these! How would you rank T O'Neill, Conforto, Haniger, Nootbaar, JD Davis and J Polanco? Would you drop any of those 6 for someone like MJ Melendez? Also would you drop Puk for any of R Suarez, Z Littell, or Trevor Rogers or would you wait to see how Puk does this Wednesday? I'm in a head to head categories league.
Nicklaus Gaut
11:26
You're welcome!
11:27
O'Neill > Nootbaar > Polanco > Conforto > Davis > Haniger
11:28
I'd wait on Puk but pivot to Ranger if it goes poorly.

How are we feeling about Riley Greene and Nolan Jones right now?
Nicklaus Gaut
11:29
About the same as in draft season - Both in for good years but I thought Jones was overpriced and Greene underpriced.
11:30
But it sucks being a Rockies hitter all the time but especially as a rookie, me thinks.
In regards to having to adjust to pitch movement being completely different home vs road.
11:31
Gotta be a tough learning curve and one that often leads to some big up and downs.

dynasty points league where we count Wins/ERA/Strikeouts.  Luis Garcia and Lance McCullers Jr are both on the waiver wire.  I have some open IL slots on my team, which one - or both - should I stash?
Nicklaus Gaut
11:32
Yuk
11:34
McCullers, I suppose - might get a really hot 50 IP out of him before his arm snaps like a rubberband and that might just be what you need to win some H2H matchups ; )

What are the odds Paxton pitches 140 innings and has 10+ wins this year?
