A radar gun.

Which Major League city had the most passionate fans?
Deck McGuire
10:39
I thought this was an easy answer until I thought about it some more! Most fans were really into it!

As an athlete playing in front of fans you're supposed to block out the outside noise. How tough is it to focus when fans are screaming at you for a couple of hours straight everytime you pitch?
Deck McGuire
10:42
It's the best part! I feel like there's 2 choices, block it out or use it to fuel you. If you can't then maybe this isn't the route for you.
10:43
I should put the asterisk of within reason. As long as the fans aren't getting personal or crossing a line. Players are still humans just like the fans.

Is there any specific catcher you loved pitching to?
Deck McGuire
10:50
So many good ones!! Maldy has to be way up there. Austin Barnes, AJ Jimenez, Mike Nikeas, Joe Hudson, Carson Kelly, Yadi (once in Spring Training), Danny Jansen, Russel Martin, Sandy Leon, Chuckie Robinson. And that's probably half??

Bryant could never hit the fast ball up with his swing. Is that how you struck him out?
Deck McGuire
10:50
That's a brutal pitch for anyone to hit! But yes.
Walton Dilcox

Speaking of…was the relationship btw fans and players different?
10:52
overseas*
Deck McGuire
10:53
To an extent. Still feel like there are more good fans than bad! But there are just as many die hards.

What was your go-to song/music before entering a match?
Deck McGuire
10:54
Country. Went with Chase Rice- Ready, Set, Roll the last few years of my career.
10:55
I didn't want anything to get me too pumped up! I had enough nervous energy coming into the game.

Deck would you consider yourself a good ping pong player or average ?
Deck McGuire
10:55
Extremely below average.

Batters looking over their shoulder after striking out. Is this a stare down with the pitcher.
Deck McGuire
11:02
Doubtful. Mostly checking replay on the scoreboard or the radar gun.

You ever have anyone charge the mound on you?
Deck McGuire
11:04
Naw. Never put myself in a situation to have that happen.

what team mate/s have made a lasting impression on you in the game and life

I'll go with the easiest answer here. Mike Trout. He's the best player on the planet and he's an even better human being.
