I'd take a Killian shot there. But as I said earlier, I highly doubt SF will settle on one guy. So in that case, I just go skills.

How do you value these young struggling players long-term?  Henry Davis, Marcelo Meyer, Mayo, and Cowser? Do you think any of them will become productive starting players? Thanks and thanks for always making Monday (sometimes Fridays too :) a better day

Like Mayer the best right now (making better contact; perhaps new mgr sees more than a platoon). Still some hope for the other three. Davis' bat speed is up there, but little else so far.

There's some hope. Chasing/K-ing a bit less; nice EV numbers. Cortes is realy, too ... but AG has the job. Interested in Eldridge but not at AG's expense.

Brent, thanks for running the chat.  4x4, AL-only league with ks instead of WHIP, 12 teams.  I likely will need to decide whether to keep Daniel Lynch or Ian Seymour as my last pitcher, as Kirby Yates will be returning soon to my roster.  Which one would you keep, or should I just flip a coin?

Thanks, Brent. NL-only, 12-team, 40-man dynasty roster. I acquired Dalton Rushing for .60 at auction this year, with Ivan Herrera as my primary C. I have Ethan Salas and Raniel Rodriguez on my "farm". Is now the absolute best time to deal Rushing, and do you think his perceived value outweighs his actual? I know his pop is legit, but I'm in second place and only a point out.

I'd hold ... b/c if he got traded somewhere else, or if the back thing disables Will Smith, then I think Rushing's stock goes up even more.

Good morning Brent.  Love these chats!  Have Snell coming back next week and will need to move an SP.  16 Team Mixed Keeper League.  I have G Williams, Baz, Eury P, Harrison and Painter.  I also have B Miller coming back eventually.  Which two of those 7 do you like the least and briefly, why?

Miller first; feel like he's a rung below the other on the skills ladder. I still like Baz, but he's probably the cut for Snell. With that crew, I'd wait as long as I could to active Snell, though.

With Augustin Ramirez being sent down and Mack taking over at catcher, where does that leave Ramirez long-term? Do they hope he gets turned around in the minors and hits enough to end up being their starting 1B? Or does his future look more like a backup catcher and utility type player?

His CA defense is so bad that a position change is in his future for sure. 1B, maybe even DH. BUT ... just curious why they sent him down for that (if that's the case). He can still hit; so I'm holding where I can. But don't think he gets much more time at CA in 2026
