This is not out of the realm of possibility; some of my bids last night reflect that same sentiment. I'm not in "write it down" mode myself, but am interested enough to follow. Def has a natural PT opening that he didn't have several days ago.

Happy Monday! In a 10 team 5x5 Dynasty League and currently in 5th place with a shot to make a run if my hitting picks up however most likely I should look for next year. My IL spots are all full at the moment between Strider, Woo, Jung, Casas and Cavalli with Noelvie Marte and Jordan Walker on my bench. Our league has 7 minor league slots but no one there I’d drop to move Walker down. Have a few players in the “is it time to move on and churn and burn those spots or hold because better days are coming”. Would you hold or move on from the following players: Colt Keith Colton Cowser Nolan Jones
Brent Hershey
12:57
I'd want to hold all three in dynasty. If forced to cut one, I'd probably move on from Cavalli before Keith/Cowser/Jones

Does Vidal Brujan getting everyday ABs in MIA excite you at all? Would you rather Brujan or KB Hayes ROS in a 12 tm roto?
Brent Hershey
12:58
Yes, but Hayes over him in this case.

Where you want a pitcher to be active for the playoffs, would you rather have Scott, Bradley, Crochet or Luzardo?
Brent Hershey
1:01
Assuming fantasy playoffs, where it means end of season, I'd go Luzardo 1; Bradley a close 2. If Luzardo's current injury makes you nervous, then Bradley is fine. Feel like TAM will be managing his innings so he's around for the end of the regular season more than Sox/Crochet or Mets/Scott.

Got Suzuki coming back.  Who do I drop, Bouchard or Connor Joe?  It's an OBP league, so Joe has been useful, but he's not hitting the ball hard.
Brent Hershey

Thank Connor Joe for his service and move on

Hi Brent, HQ subscriber in AL-only 5x5. Am finding injuries are sapping my team's power. 2 questions: 1) Will Torkelson turn it around, or are there things in his metrics that show issues? 2) Who has best plug-in power (for next few weeks) from my league's available players: Dom Smith, Wen. Perez, Jose Siri, Benintendi, Korey Lee? Thanks.
Brent Hershey

1) Tons more GB; not hitting those balls hard. He turned it around last year ... but that was supposed to be a spring board. There are issues.
2) I'd prob embrace Wenceel; if not him, then Siri

Hi Brent- traveling today but I can't miss a chance to ask a question! NL 10 team 5x5 --- I have $4 Kerkering. Do I dump him, W Parker or Slade Cecconi to 1) activate C Scott - a must move! 2) FAAB on Mason Black.
AND I have Joey Bart - dump for G Sanchez, Stallings, B Sabol, Grandal, Reez -- or just sit tight?
Thanks!
Brent Hershey

Safe travels, Beano!
1) Would drop one of the starters, probably Parker
2) Tough sledding for Black early on; keep your bids modest
3) Think I'd sit tight for now, but continue to be on the look out. It IS Grandal in front of him, of course!

Hi Brent, in a tough spot in my H2H Points League, with multiple players finally coming off IL. Which of the following bench players do you think has least value moving forward? Justin Turner, Sean Murphy, Keaton Winn, or Taillon? Thanks for any thoughts.

Is Gleyber Torres droppable in a 10 team league at this point?

Yes, in a 10

12-team, NL only. Extremely tight race, looking for surprise contributors. Do Dane Myers and Kyle Nicolas have paths to second-half value? The Marlins have already begun to move assets, and the Bucs are likely to.
Brent Hershey

Prefer Myers slightly

Hello!  Standard 5x5 15-team mixed.  Do you see Brendan Rodgers providing value this year?  He is 27 and came up with some pretty good pedigree, so I was hoping to see the post-hype breakthrough.
Brent Hershey

Don't see it right now

I need to make room for IL returnees. Deep NL-only 5x5 with Sv+Hd category.  Need to drop 2 of these 3.  Who would you keep?  Gallegos, Matsui, Nardi.
Brent Hershey

Gallegos

Have Kirilloff and keep hoping he will stay healthy and live up to his prospect hype from a few years ago  However, Baldelli keeps platooning him and pinch hitting for him everytime a lefty is pitching. Will they ever give him a real chance to play everyday? I would think a manager who was an ex-majorleaguer manager would be more apt to give a hitter a chance, but doesn't seem like it.
Brent Hershey

Who is most likely to stick as a season-long 1B option (OBP league): Canha, Schanuel, Singleton, Black, Manzardo, Nevin, CES? Or given those options would you just opt for a hot hand approach unless/until someone emerges?
Brent Hershey
1:11
Schanuel most likely, but won't be the most productive. I'd go hot hand for now, starting with  (gulp) ... Nevin?? Or Canha

More valuable in 4x4 Rafaela or Rojas of Phillies ROS?

Rafaela; has pop that Rojas doesn't. Close, tho

How much should I bid on Clevinger next week in an 11 team AL Only where the only starters available are the Chris Flexen, Alex Wood types? $100 budget with zero dollar bids
Brent Hershey

5-7?? Wouldn't go overboard; been a while since Clev was productive
