Nope. They're allowed to play 22. That's not bad, although it used to be 24. Teams will be allowed to start play a week earlier next year.

Well Norwin would have finished 2nd maybe 3rd in the 5a section. They played Penn Trafford tough, beat Latrobe and Hempfield beat Franklin regional so to answer your question, yes I think they are well over .500 if they are playing strictly 5a teams

Could they be .500 in 5A? Maybe. But please. You act like beating Latrobe and Hempfield are tremendous wins. Franklin Regional was 3-8 and Hempfield beat FR by 30-28. Latrobe was 3-7 and lost to Norwin by 31-28.

When do we see more forced mergers? Some of these schools are bleeding students and frankly it’s a waste of resources to have as many schools as we do around here. I understand the pride but it needs to happen

Help me understand why wouldn't he? He likes coaching high school. You ever think he has a horrible taste in his mouth by being forced out the way he was? And maybe he'd like to go out on his own terms? You ever think maybe he'd like to come back, run the program again and maybe cast doubt on those bullying and hazing charges? You ever think that maybe he'd like to clear his name? And what's wrong with wanting to coach your son?
