How do the Rays realistically win the World Series, what moves need to be done?

Adding another bat probably helps, but I don't know that they need to do anything in particular

They've been the best team in the American League in two straight years. The playoffs are tough and I don't think there's any sort of magic key to winning once you get there

Get back again -- which they can probably do with their current roster -- and they'd be a realistic World Series contender

Yeah, I think he'll get that opportunity by 2023 at the latest. Either he's an everyday right fielder or DH, he takes over first base if Abreu walks after next season, or the White Sox trade him by then

Everyone talks about Ced, but what is my trade value like after a 3WAR, 20HR season?  Or do I need to prove I can stay healthy first?

Sure, he'd have value. Makes a lot of sense for someone like the Guardians if the O's move him

But Hays feels like another guy Baltimore should probably just keep, since he's affordable and controllable long enough into the future he might be a decent piece of the core

It's pretty good, yeah. Could maybe use a depth addition to guard against injuries, but the rotation should be a strength

Ha, these chats require more thought than a lot of the minor league signings stuff we cover. But yeah, as Guest pointed out, I have to get going to get a post up on the site
