You think Mets would have any interest in Loup or Tepera?
Anthony Franco
6:46
Yeah I could see this, particularly with Loup. They didn't have much in the way of LH bullpen options this year and they obviously know him well
Bellinger
6:46
What team am I on in 2023? Would any team trade for me?
Anthony Franco
6:47
No I don't think anyone's trading for him to then pay him $18MM
If he gets non-tendered and signs for like $10-12MM elsewhere, Marlins jump out as a fit
Royals, Rockies, Red Sox make some sense
Stubby66
6:47
So what would it cost the Brewers to add Brian Anderson at third base
Anthony Franco
6:48
Not much. There's not a ton of surplus value at a $5.2MM arbitration projection. Expect Miami to deal him, yeah
Not Scott Boras
6:48
Carlos Correa had a good year, but not a monster walk year like Mr. Judge in NY.  With the other FA shortstop options available, has the ship sailed on a $300 million contract for Correa?  I feel like with being one year older, his contract ceiling is probably around $240-250 million now.  Does that make sense, or are there teams crazy enough to go $300+ million on him this offseason?
Anthony Franco
6:49
We've gone back and forth on this a few times in recent days as we finalize our FA list
6:50
I definitely think his contract ceiling is above $240-250. I expect him to top that easily, and certainly wouldn't say $300MM is out the window
6:51
He's arguably still the best shortstop available this offseason, and he went on a tear in the second half to get to basically career-best offensive heights. Unless you place a bunch of stock in his defensive metrics declining, he was essentially the same player he's been
6:52
Will that be enough for him to get over 300? It's close, I'd probably project him under it. But I would definitely not be shocked if it happened

Is josh bell gonna get more than 2 years 24 million? Seems like a good fit in Cleveland if he is looking to prove he still has something, but obviously they are out if he can get paid real money
Anthony Franco
6:53
Yeah he's going to beat that. If he doesn't get at least three years somewhere, he probably takes like 1/20 and tries to retest free agency next winter

2 part question.  1st, who do you expect Minnesota to have a SS next season.  I doubt their propects Lee, Martin and Lewis will be ready.
Second question, do you think Twins will sign any bullpen and starting pitching.
Anthony Franco
6:54
They're certainly going to add both rotation and bullpen help, yeah
6:55
The shortstop question is fascinating, since projecting them on a nine-figure guy is tough but there's a massive drop-off to Elvis Andrus beyond the top four and not a ton of obvious trade possibilities
I guess I'd pick them on Andrus over any of the big four ultimately, but they'll at least be in the mix for Correa and probably Bogaerts/Swanson

Is Judge headed back to the Yankees?  Just using these other teams to help drive up the price?
Anthony Franco
6:56
I'm sure he's legitimately open to going somewhere else but I have a hard time seeing the Yankees not beating the market for him when it's all said and done

with the Angels ownership up in the air, would signing Conforto to a 1 year deal be the kind of signing they might do this off-season. Need something to offset Jo Adelle.
Anthony Franco
6:58
Yeah that makes sense. I did a post for subscribers a couple weeks back where I looked at what I'd do if I were in their position and spending in the $10-12MM AAV range for a left fielder was one of the key moves. Agree you can't count on Adell if you're trying to compete
Haniger, Brantley and Joc could all be in that mix, along with Conforto

If the M's whiff on the SS's and Judge/Nimmo, where do they go for offense?
Anthony Franco
7:00
Could sign Kolten Wong if Milwaukee buys him out, maybe swing a deal for Gleyber Torres. Figure the priority at that point would be adding a second baseman
Alright I'm going to write up the Chafin news
Thanks for all the questions, apologies as always for the stuff I couldn't cover
