I think like 140-150 innings (if we get something close to a full schedule) of 2019 Verlander on a rate basis is reasonable

By all accounts, he looks like his old self. The Astros, who have had eyes on him throughout his recovery, spent pretty big money to bet on him

He's "only" at 1419 and turns 31 in August. Between the injuries the past couple seasons and the fact that he walks almost as much as anybody, I doubt he gets there

I realize this is an insane scenario, but say Bellinger finishes another year with a sub .200 BA and negative WAR....that's a non-tender candidate, yeah? $20mil is a lot of cheddar.
