Not worried about Bassitt after one start. Gausman/Manoah are great

Kikuchi was bad evaluation IMO. He's long had a rep as a breakout guy because he throws hard and misses a decent number of bats. But he consistently gives up homers at an above-average clip and has never shown the ability to get right-handed hitters out. That deal felt like a misstep from day one, kind of similar to when the Cubs gave Tyler Chatwood $38MM a few years ago because his curveball spin was huge
I have no idea what happened to Berríos. I can't figure that one out at all

Given the Giants recent signing of Gary Sanchez to a minor league deal and Joey Bart’s lack of progress, do you feel this will be the end of the Joey Bart era in SF?

Not there yet but this year feels like make or break for him. At some point he has to take a step forward with the contact skills or he ends up in power/glove backup territory

Kelenic of Mariners vs, Friedl of Reds… who has better year? What is ceiling and floor for both outfielders?

I'm still on Kelenic more than Friedl. Latter feels like a pretty safe fourth outfielder. Good contact skills, runs well, doesn't have a ton of power
1:03
Kelenic's more likely than Friedl to wash out entirely, I guess. He's not really a center fielder and the strikeouts could just be untenable. But I'd still take my chances on Kelenic's power upside, remain in on him as an above-average everyday player

Anthony: Good Afternoon. Marlins faithful are getting restless. Should they?
Anthony Franco
1:04
Horrible start but again, it's five games
1:05
The Marlins haven't earned the benefit of the doubt over the past two decades, and this always felt like the fourth-best team in the NL East. So frustration with the franchise generally is understandable, but I wouldn't be any more angry about the team's direction now than I was last week

Who goes into full rebuilds after this season?
Anthony Franco
1:06
Obviously this is dependent on how things play out in 2023, but the White Sox feel like they could be at an inflection point this summer. If they're not competitive and facing potential free agencies of Giolito, Anderson and Lance Lynn in the next couple seasons, they could have to entertain a more significant retool
1:07
Angels could be in a similar spot with Ohtani's impending free agency
Alright that's all I have time for today

Thanks for all the questions. Sorry for the stuff I couldn't get to

I'm on Twitter @affranco10 if you want to throw anything else at me. I'll also do a chat with Front Office subscribers on Friday afternoon, as I do every week. I get to the vet majority of those questions with much smaller queues
Those also come with weekly posts from Steve and myself (nothing from Steve this week though), as well as fantasy chats with Brad

Thanks everyone, have a good afternoon!
