I'm sure the Braves would listen to Inciarte offers, but who is making them? He's making a lot of money for a player whose offense is going from average-at-best to just plain poor

Problems at the back end of the rotation, a bullpen that I'd still call a little shaky even with Kimbrel added, and only a few hitters who are consistently producing day in and day out
And the biggest problem of all, a tight budget that won't allow them to fully address these issues without some creativity

Would the Astros be smart to make a trade for Kluber now and have him ready for the playoffs and future years with Verlander and McCullers? I don't see them paying Cole.

I don't think any team is eager to acquire Kluber given his injured status, unless Cleveland would accept a massive buy-low offer (which they wouldn't)
Now, another starter with future years of control could be more of Houston's alley

I’ve heard a lot of people mentioning Gleyber Torres as someone they’d want to trade for from the Yankees. Gleyber for Boyd would be an awful trade. Dude’s gotta have one of the highest trade values in the game, no? He’s a stud and only 22

Oh, I'm not saying the Yankees would trade Torres at all.  But if I'm the Tigers and the Yankees actually did offer me Torres for Boyd, I'm definitely accepting

Some teams like to get the ASG festivities out of the way before getting down to trading business (plus, the league prefers to have the baseball news cycle focused on the ASG itself, rather than any trades).

Most of Boston's most expensive pieces are, as one would expect, their best players.  And some of their other pricey deals can't be moved because those guys aren't playing very well.
