The ball is going to be an interesting x-factor in winter negotiations.  Any GM that tries to make the argument that "well, we won't pay you as much since your power numbers are sure to go down" will be met with an agent asking how they could know this for sure, and round and round everyone goes

Does Upton for Price straight up make sense for both teams, Angels would add about 10 mm in payroll but get a workhorse, Sox would get a veteran OF that can replace JBJ/Betts (one of them will be moved before the start of 2020)

Not sure if you can really call Price a workhorse given his injury concerns in recent years.  Given all of the pitching injuries the Angels have faced, their first priority is finding someone durable, and Price doesn't fit that bill.  And that's not even getting into the idea of them dealing Upton and creating another hole in the lineup
