With caps in the NBA and NFL we see endless shenanigans to circumvent it - whether it's void years in the NFL or the Kwahi situation in the NBA - and rules that constantly restrict rosters construction and player movement.  As a fan it's not fun and undermines the sports themselves ultimately.   This feels like obvious billionaire propaganda and we're all just eating it up.  How can anyone outside of owners support this with a straight face as a viable solution no matter how angry you are at LA and NY?

Strategy question: in an AL Only league with daily moves and a 3 man bench, I have a lineup of mostly regulars. Is it silly to have a bat on the bench for the occasional day off/injury instead of using all 3 slots to spam relievers? My ratios need help…
