Would the Phillies trade Hoskins this off season?  2 years of control

That would be an interesting move for the Phils, and they might need some kind of creativity to add more overall talent to the organization.  Even though Hoskins is one of the more relatively inexpensive guys on the team, you could perhaps sign a free agent and hope to strike gold with a CJ Cron type at first base

Why is it believed that Castellanos has so much value as a free agent this winter? The Reds faced little competition in signing him before the 2019 season, he was coming off a great season at that time, and he was two years younger. What is the market value of a great hitting corner outfielder who's below average in the field?

Castellanos is coming off another great season now, plus if the NL adopts the DH, his market opens up considerably.

assuming DeGrom opts out, how big of a contract does he ultimately get?  And from who?  And thanks for taking the question!

deGrom can opt out of his contract after the 2022 season, and thus leave his $30.5MM in guaranteed salary for 2023 on the table.  (The Mets also have a $32.5MM club option for JDG for 2024, with no buyout.)

After all the injuries deGrom has gone through this season, I'm not so sure we can take it for granted that he'll opt out.  If he isn't in top form in 2022 or is hurt again, he might prefer to just take the guaranteed $30.5MM

I haven't yet been to Baltimore, but I had a fun time visiting D.C. and seeing some Nationals games back in 2012.  If you're looking for things to do in Washington, I wish I could still recommend the Newseum, but it closed down a couple of years ago.
