Haven't heard anything, but from the outside he looks like a solid candidate. I don't think anyone is going to value him at his current production levels, but he'd be a pretty nice bat-first utility player type.

He has just been so inconsistent. And the contract isn't that great going forward - tons of upside, still, but it isn't a super cheap deal. I don't think he gets a premium prospect right now, which is partially why I think Odorizzi is a more likely player to move.

Who knows, man. It is hard to imagine a mid-season reliever extension, but .... it's the DBacks. Neither would have a ton of trade value, but would certainly be nice adds for teams that need arms and like the idea of late-inning experience.
So you guys still prefer CarGo.
I'm not sure.
Blackmon is a CF and way cheaper with an extra year of control.
I might lean his way, esp with CarGo's injury history, but it's close.

One guy in the pen probably isn't going to suddenly jumpstart the whole team. And if you part with a major trade chip for a player you don't really want the most, then you could miss out on a chance to get the best arm that is ultimately available.
