So, Matt Harvey is essentially facing a surgery in which the outcomes range from guys coming back to guys ending their careers.

Is thoracic outlet syndrome the new TJS? In the earlier write-up about Harvey, it said it can be extremely painful, but that Phil Hughes had been pitching with it for years. So Hughes had extreme pain in his shoulder for years and never said anything?
