Doesn't really matter, b/c they don't have many appealing assets beyond Trout. I mean, Calhoun and some of the pitchers, sure, but how are the Angels going to just completely bow out of contention with Trout in his mid-prime?

No player should be untouchable. You obviously are hesitant to trade some more than others. But any player can be had for what you think is the right fit. That is something Jon Daniels said. I agree. I find it silly when someone says x player is not going anywhere. Please put that to rest

I'm one of the best hitters in the league with average defense. I would be a tremendous help to playoff-contending teams and teams would give up a good Prospect or two to get me.

The offensive production is highly dependent upon batting average, and it may not really be sustainable. Otherwise, the pop/OBP isn't great. Average D? Not sure about that.
Very useful player, but not one that's going to really motivate people.
