Can a No trade clause be based on a teams record?  Like, I won’t go to a team that is under .500 or the avg win % for the last few seasons has to be over x?  Or is it only a list of teams?

A lot of no-trade clauses are formulated based on more general reasons, like a player doesn't want to play too far away from home, or doesn't want to join a team that seemed to be deep at his particular position.
