Not a big surprise, and it seems like a good move from Houston.  Felt like just a matter of time before someone hired Espada to manage, so who better than the club that knows him best?

Not really.  He's on a very reasonable contract, so it doesn't seem like the Rays would want to trade him barring some outrageous offer
