Not really, since he isn't enough of a true offensive upgrade.  He's a better hitter than Cleveland's current outfield mix, but Kiermaier is still primarily a glove-first guy, and the Guards have plenty of those already

By and large, yes.  Teams are more willing to spend money than give up heavy prospect capital.

What does Manoah cost St Louis? Carlson 1 for 1? He was atrocious last year, but was awesome before that. Carlson can't hit RHP. Soooo. You think Mo would pay Snell? I'm not sure he would

Carlson-for-Manoah doesn't work in a 1-for-1 since Manoah has looked like a frontline pitcher at his peak.  Whereas Carlson hasn't had that high of a peak, and has had more periods of struggles than successes in his young career
