I'll say yes. Jennings seems like a solid bet to get a small guarantee as a 4th/5th OF somewhere. And Paps as well, mostly b/c I'm not sure he'll take a minor league deal. Could be a marginal, perhaps incentives-heavy MLB deal or retirement. Padres?

The injury doesn't help, and teams would need to be comfy with medicals. But let's assume they think he's in the clear. Certainly he pitched that way.
