Low, unless you mean someone who more or less falls through the cracks. Even then, they don't really have 1B/DH space to give, so you'd most likely need it to be a corner OFer. More limited availability.

I don't see why it needs to be at all. They could reasonably decide to continue thinning their upper-level SP prospects, I guess, with part of the reasoning being they now have Gohara coming up behind that group. But really, I don't see it as necessarily being tied to other moves.

Sure -- Hernandez, Villar make sense. But will either Philly or Milwaukee be willing to part with them for what the Dodgers consider palatable? There's a reason they targeted Dozier, and I think it probably relates to thinking they could get him for something they were willing to give (De Leon and change).
