I mean, I don't see a clear path to a deal at this point, but it's hard to know. Teams may be stating more confidence in their various situations than they really have, and talks could always revive.

Minor league salary, unless they have a guaranteed MLB deal that doesn't provide a minors split. Say, Kolten Wong last year -- he'd have earned his full salary.

I could see the Marlins missing on their current "window" and then enjoying a long delay since they kinda traded away most of their farm. Though like the White Sox, they'd be able to reload somewhat by trading younger MLB guys.
