It seems like a lot (if not all) teams are creating a top-down gameplan for their prospects, to keep their development on the same page at every level of the organization.  That relates to diet, training, swing changes, pitching mechanics, etc.

Or, if teams aren't doing this, they should probably start!

Padres/Phillies doesn't seem like the cleanest fit for a Cease trade.  Maybe something like Suarez and a prospect for Cease, so SD can get another capable one-year pitcher back?  But even that doesn't seem like something the Padres would jump to do.
