What is your thought on having  a cap for teams? Especially a bottom cap?

Amusingly, my first take on this question was "baseball teams already wear caps."

I don't think having a salary cap would do much to help competitive balance in baseball.  A floor helps on paper, yet no floor happens without a cap, and the MLBPA will simply never accept a cap

Stowers and Norby for Trevor Rogers. Looked awful at the time, and even worse now. With the Orioles having been so poorly managed over the past 9 months or so, is Elias on the hot seat despite his successful rebuild?

Between the tough start and a new owner being in place, you can make an argument that Elias might in some trouble.

But, I do think he's going to get plenty of opportunity to get the team out of it.  Maybe in a month, the Orioles will be winning again and the ugly April will be just a memory.
